Google Earth Simulation
The Saddleback Wind Turbine Project will be a massive complex stretching over
two miles from Underwood to the north. This complex will present an
impassable wall to wildlife and be visible (and heard) from many places in the
Gorge and Underwood. SOSA has prepared this
Saddleback Simulation, to
help residents understand these impacts. The simulation is based on the
turbine location map provided by SDS Lumber, and the actual turbine height
specification.

Although the quality of the graphics is not high, these should help in
understanding the visibility of project. Also refer to the
SDS provided view-shed impact graphic for an
overall analysis.
